Blushing Buddha enjoys doing much of her shopping on the web.

In general, she finds internet shopping fast and fun. However,

she also understands that sometimes returns and exchanges are

necessary. Our wish for your Customer Service experience with 

Blushing Buddha is simple. We intend to do our best to carefully

listen to your needs and arrive at fair happy solutions. We are a

small web store and as such our policies are not comparable with

large online retail companies. We strive to maintain a virtuous

balance of keeping our customers happy while maintaining

a prosperous growing web shop!



Blushing Buddha strongly recommends consulting your Medical Doctor, Naturopath, and Yoga Therapist before attempting any style of pranayama,
yoga pose, or any other type of "practice" suggested on the Blushing Buddha website/store.
 She also recommends you contact your Certified Herbalist before experimenting with any of the incense, herbal oils, and teas suggested on the Blushing Buddha website/store.

Note: We no longer post a current address for returns. Customers who have received a written return or exchange approval from our support email address, will be notified of our current return address. All customers must "fully complete" and "successfully submit" our return/exchange form in order to be considered for an approval of a refund or exchange.

We cannot honor returns or exchanges for items unless you have first met the previously stated requirements.

Our return/exchange form is posted on this page, our "Customer Service" page, on our website. You can also navigate from the shop to the "Customer Service" page by clicking "Customer Service" at the bottom of our store pages. We intended to post the return exchange form underneath all our terms and conditions to encourage you to fully read our policies before completing the form.

NOTE: Please fill out our customer contact form which is available on both the site and the store under the title "Contact US" if you have an issue with our return/exchange form submitting successfully. Completing this step may save you time during the exchange/return process.


Blushing Buddha will accept any "defective/damaged/incorrect item" for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We use the term "incorrect" exclusively to describe an instance where we mistakingly sent you an item other than the one that you purchased. Please keep in mind that many of the items available at are hand made and have imperfections. We use the term "defective" to describe major product faults which would render the item unusable to the customer.


Refunds for "defective/damaged/incorrect" items returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued in the form and amount processed for the original transaction. We will start the refund process only after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). 


Exchanges on "defective/damaged/incorrect" items will be honored for the size, color, and style that was originally purchased. If an exact exchange is not available then we will issue a refund. 


All returns or exchanges must be unused, in their original condition, and include the "correct" online receipt or shipping invoice.


Merchandise received after 14 days will be accepted at our discretion. If we agree to accept a return after 14 days please note: we will NOT issue a refund. However, you will receive an online store credit exclusively for use at


We will only refund the original shipping charges if we shipped a  "defective/damaged/incorrect" item.

Should you receive a  "defective/damaged/incorrect" item, CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE through "fully completing" and "successfully submitting" our return/exchange form. If you have issues successfully submitting return/exchange form than fill out and submit our "Contact Us" form. Note: We do not offer phone support at this time. However, we look forward to assisting you regarding your Return/Exchange with a big BUDDHA SMILE! Customers Returning/Exchanging Items after 14 days:


After 14 days you are responsible for paying the fee to ship the item back to us!


The following conditions must first be met before you ship your return/exchange item:


1. You must "fully complete" and "successfully submit" our return/
exchange form.

If you have issues "successfully submitting" the return/exchange form then please contact
us by filling out our "Contact Us" form or directly through our support email
address, and we will send you a return/exchange form.


2. Save and print your "support" email for your records

    if we approve (at our discretion) the return of an

    item for store credit after 14 days.


Before we issue you an online credit:


1. We must first receive and inspect the item.


2. When shipping the item back to us for a store credit, 

we require that you purchase a shipping method

that has a tracking number. 


Please send returns and exchanges in strong undamaged boxes with proper cushioning for delicate items. We prefer that you use the same shipping materials we originally used to ship the item to you (unless the of course the original box became damaged in shipping).

fully completed and successfully submitted our exchange/return
form as well as received a return or exchange "approval notice"

Customers Returning/Exchanging Items within 14 days:


AGAIN, the only returns or exchanges we accept are for "defective/damaged/incorrect" item(s) within the 14 day policy allowance. If you need to return or exchange a "defective/damaged/incorrect" item:


1. "Fully complete" and "successfully submit" our return/exchange form. Wait for a response email from Print out or safely save your email if we approve your return or exchange. Please keep the item(s) being returned in a safe place where it will not be further damaged until we tell you how to return the item to us.


2. We will send you a return Priority label with USPS prepaid Priority postage
for your return shipping. If you have not filled out our return/exchange form,
then we will first direct to do so before sending you the return shipping label. 
We will inform you if for any reason we need to revise our pre-paid shipping
return method.


Please send "approved" returns and exchanges in strong undamaged USPS Priority boxes with proper cushioning for delicate items. We prefer that you use the same shipping materials we originally used to ship the item to you (unless the of course, the original box became damaged in shipping).


All return/exchange/shipping policies are subject to change and will be posted accordingly. 



Our minimum purchase is $18.00 not including shipping. We selected $18.00 as our minimum "product" purchase in hopes of inspiring our clients to make Wise use of our $8.00 flat fee shipping. 



Blushing Buddha ships most orders via USPS Priority mail. All orders are charged a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping regardless of the dollar amount or number of items purchased. We do our best to initiate the packing process when we receive your order details and complete the shipping process after your transaction has "settled".We ship exclusively within the United States. At this time we are NOT able to offer expedited or international shipping. Our original post stated that we shipped Monday-Friday. Our "new" shipping days are Monday-Saturday with the exception of USPS mail holidays.  

We charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Arizona. The tax rate is based on the origin (state+county+city) of the seller in the State of Arizona. As of January 1st, 2016 the tax rate on all purchases shipped within the state of Arizona is 8.6%. 


Store Operating Schedule

It's our intention to keep our online store open at all times. However, Blushing Buddha reserves the right to temporarily close her online shopping doors for web-maintenance, buying trips, personal emergencies, etc. You can enjoy shopping and making purchases at on Sundays. However, we do not check or respond to customer service emails on Sundays as our "Customer Service" is closed.

Our "Customer Service" days are Monday - Saturday. At the time of this writing we have not posted exact hours as to when we will check and respond to customer service emails. We will do our best to respond within normal business hours for our time zone.



Our wish is that our customers work seamlessly with us regarding our terms and conditions. Blushing Buddha intends to do her best to set roots in a loyal happy customer base. As our shop grows, we look forward to a future when we can offer our customers more buying incentives and an increasingly "flexible" return/exchange policy.
